Land parcelation is the process of changing the shape and size of parcels in the cadastre and land register. It is most commonly carried out when a single cadastral parcel is divided into several smaller ones or when multiple parcels are merged into a larger one.

Field Survey

A geodetic expert first visits the site to conduct a precise survey and collect necessary information about the current land condition.

Preparation of the Parcelation Study

Based on official data from the relevant cadastral office and land register, a parcelation study is prepared. The process is carried out in compliance with laws and regulations while considering the owner’s requirements and preferences.

As a rule, ownership does not change with the subdivision process!
