Utility Cadastre (Infrastructure)

The infrastructure cadastre is maintained based on records that, in accordance with the Law on State Survey and Real Estate Cadastre and infrastructure cadastre rulebook, must be established and kept by infrastructure owners or their managers. This record provides key data on the types, purposes, technical characteristics, current use, and location of built infrastructure. Additionally, it contains information about the owners and managers of the infrastructure, including their names and addresses.

The infrastructure cadastre records pipelines and other associated objects of the following infrastructure systems:

  • Power grid cables and related objects
  • Gas pipeline network and related objects
  • Heating and steam pipeline network and related objects
  • Oil pipeline network and related objects
  • Water supply network pipes and related objects
  • Telecommunications network cables and related objects
  • Sewage system and related objects

The infrastructure cadastre consists of written and graphic parts.
